Instructions

  • Complete this form only if you have never been an ILASFAA member.  While we've updated our website, all past and present ILASFAA members are still in our database.

  • Once you complete the form, you will receive a Welcome email with your initial log-in credentials. These emails are sent from GroupMessaging@viethconsulting.com so be sure to allow them through your spam filters. Non paid members will be asked to pay their membership dues before granted access to the member’s only section.

  • Please do not use all CAPS or all lowercase letters.

  • Existing members are verified against the email addresses within the database. If your information has changed, please update your information within your profile.

  • When finished, click the "Submit" button located at the bottom of the form.
