Reset Your Password

Your username is the email on file with Impact. All members were sent an email with the username and a temporary password. If you can't locate that email, type your email as username and go to the Forgot your Password section and click "email me my password." Then, check your email for a new password.

If you get an error message, go to settings in your browser to enable cookies.  In Google Chrome, it works like this:
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More. Settings.
  3. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
  4. Click Cookies and site data.
  5. From here, you can: Turn on cookies: Next to "Blocked," turn on the switch. Turn off cookies: Turn off Allow all cookies.
