Application for Coffee and Donuts Reimbursable Grants

The primary objective of the Hoofcare Essentials Foundation to to support and promote continuing education for farriers and others interested in equine hoof-care.  

The Hoofcare Essentials Foundation has identified the opportunity for Hosts of clinics to receive reimbursable grants for coffee and donuts for their clinics.

These grants are awarded using the following schedule:

• 50 persons or less = $100
• More than 50 persons = $200

The steps for making application and receiving grants includes:

• Hosts will complete an online application
• The Hoofcare Essentials Foundation Grants Committee will review the application and made a determination as to the amount that they will approve for coffee and donuts
• The Grants Committee will then notify the Host (applicant) of their decision
• Following the clinic, the Host will need to:
  • Submit a picture of the receipts show the amount spent for coffee and donuts
  • Submit a group picture of the attendees of the clinic
• Once the receipt and group picture are received, the Grants Committee will notify the Host of the amount to be reimbursed to the Host
• Payments will be made within 5 days of receiving the pictures.
