Application to Receive Financial Support
Thank you for taking the first step toward partnering with the Hoofcare Essentials Foundation. We are currently considering requests for calendar years 2024 and 2025. Sponsorship dollars may be used to offset food expenses (e.g. coffee and donuts, lunch, breaks) or other expenses which you identify in your application.
Our focus are equine hoof-care educational clinics hosted by any organization or group of farriers. Upon receipt of applications, the Hoofcare Essentials Foundation Board of Directors will review the application and make a determination as to whether the application meets the Foundation's guidelines. The applicant(s) will be notified of the Board's decision within 30 days of receiving the application.
Once the applicant receives approval with a dollar amount, the requirements for payment include:

- Copies of invoices for the items which have received pre-approval
- Picture of attendees with a Hoofcare Essentials Foundation banner (which will be supplied by the Foundation)
