What Documentation do I need to include in my application?

LCA Versatility titles - proof all title as listed below

LCA awarded Performance titles - a copy of the judges sheet(s) for Drafting, Water Dog, Therapy, Spay/Neuter Certification.  

LCA recognized titles - submit your signed judges sheets or certificates from the recognized organization. Once approved / verified, you will receive a certificate of recognition from the LCA.
  • Signed Pack Attestation form
  • Water Work submit paperwork from Newfoundland Club of America.
  • Drafting submit paperwork from Bernese Mountain Dog Club of America, Newfoundland Club of America, Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Club of America or Saint Bernard Club of America.
AKC directly awarded titles - either a copy of the AKC certificate or of the Title Progression from the AKC website.

AKC recognized titles - a copy of the recognition or the Title Progression from the AKC
  • Barn Hunt
  • Dock Diving
  • Flyball

 Non-AKC recognized titles - a copy of the certificate from the approved Organization
  • Nose Work from National Association of Canine Scent Work

Please remember to send a picture of your dog to lwd@leonbergerclubofamerica.com for the LeoLetter.  The photos are needed for new Versatility tiles, HoF induction, as well as LCA titles in Draft, Water, and Packing.
