Register to join your affordable housing colleagues in Washington, DC, on Wednesday, September 23, and Thursday, September 24 for the 2026 AHTCC Fall Meeting and Recognition of Housing Tax Credit Excellence in Honor of Charles L. Edson.
On Wednesday, September 23, our Fall Meeting and Recognition of Housing Tax Credit Excellence will feature high-profile speakers, timely panels on issues impacting the Housing Credit after two historic wins in the last year, and networking opportunities. Throughout the day, we will honor our soon-to-be-announced winners of the 2026 Recognition of Housing Tax Credit Excellence in Honor of Charles L. Edson, in acknowledgment of outstanding affordable housing developments, as well as present our Affordable Housing Champion Awards to members of Congress who have demonstrated Housing Credit leadership.
On the following day, Thursday, September 24, we will be arranging congressional meetings, and we encourage all attendees to join us in advocating for the Housing Credit while in Washington, D.C. Individual schedules and briefing materials for congressional meetings will be provided as the event approaches, but in the meantime, please indicate when you register if you would like to participate.

The AHTCC Board of Directors meeting and dinner will take place in the afternoon and evening of Tuesday, Septmeber 22, 2026. Details will be provided separately.

Cancellation Policy: Payments are refundable minus a $50 processing fee with a written cancellation notice two weeks prior to the meeting if for any reason you cannot attend. If a cancellation is received within two weeks of the event, no refunds will be issued. Payments are transferable to a substitute attendee.
