CDM Smith evaluated options to reduce concentrations of TDS at the WWTP to maintain compliance with the TDS in the NPDES permit. The study analyzed flows and loads to the WWTP to determine the rout causes of the high TDS concentrations. Then a variety of options were considered to address the TDS issue.
