2020 Technical Conference Attendee Registration

Event Description

Please Read in Full Prior to Registering:
  1. Early Bird pricing is available through July 15, 2020 at midnight.
  2. Starting July 16, 2020 pricing will go up $25-50 depending on the package.
  3. The cutoff for budget options is July 15, 2020 at midnight. Budget options will no longer be available after this point. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  4. Online registration closes August 17, 2020 at midnight. Any registrations after this point will:
    • Need to occur onsite and could involve a significant wait time.
    • Will incur additional walk-in fees.?
  5. To ensure contact hour accuracy we require a unique email address for every attendee.
  6. Contact Hours: If you are a certified operator you will need to provide your Core ID at the time of registration. If you are not registering yourself, please be sure to provide your Core ID to the person registering you. This is pivotal to ensure you receive proper credit for the courses you attend.
  7. All memberships will be verified. If you are unsure of your membership number or if your membership is current, please contact the office at 614-488-5800 or at megan@ohiowea.org prior to registration.
  8. I understand that no CEU/attendance verification will be given by OWEA if I do not scan in and out of each session, and provide a correct email address and Core ID (if applicable).
  9. By registering you agree to OWEA's cancellation policy which can be referenced below.
  10. Substitutions are welcomed without penalty. Written substitution must be submitted by the original registrant by August 17, 2020 in order to be processed before the conference. Substitutions needed after August 17, 2020 must be done onsite. Partial substitutions are not allowed.  Registrants must transfer their entire registration to a new person, not just a portion.
  11. I am agreeing to my image being published in conjunction with this conference.

OWEA Attendee Refund Policy?
  • Cancellations received August 17, 2020 or later or no-shows will be billed in full and will not receive a refund.

  • Cancellations received between August 7 - August 16, 2020 will receive a 65% refund minus any credit card processing fees. 

  • Cancellations received by August 6, 2020 will receive a full refund minus any credit card processing fees.



Retired Member Rate
Individuals must be completely retired to utilize this rate. This includes no part time work or paid consulting.

Student Member Rate
Students must provide OWEA with a copy of their valid student ID and be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours to be eligible for this rate.
