The Oklahoma Hotel & Lodging Association's annual Lodging Summit is our most exciting event of the year, where lodging operators from around the state of Oklahoma and their key team members have the opportunity to network with colleagues and others important to the success of their operation. The key components of the event include the association's Annual Membership and Board of Directors meeting where our new Board of Directors is elected, an industry keynote, Oklahoma's largest lodging Expo where operators meet with the top providers of products and services, and last but not least our newest endeavor the Heart for Hospitality Celebration!

In a grand celebration that promises to redefine recognition, the Oklahoma Hotel & Lodging Association proudly presents the Heart for Hospitality Celebration. The Heart for Hospitality Celebration is designed to honor and celebrate the elite of Oklahoma's lodging industry.

Other key components of the Lodging Summit include the association's Annual Membership and Board of Directors meeting, where our new Board of Directors is elected, in addition to Oklahoma's largest lodging Expo where operators meet with the top providers of products and services.

The Heart for Hospitality Celebration, curated by OHLA, streamlines the process of acknowledging and rewarding outstanding team members in the hospitality sector. OHLA has simplified the entire procedure, eliminating the need for intricate criteria or nomination submissions. Recognizing your exceptional team members becomes as easy as identifying them, registering each for the event, and designating them as an 'Honoree' to ensure their celebration during the event. The OHLA takes care of the rest!

Perks & Prizes
Your Honorees will be the exclusive guests at the luncheon, treated to a personalized commemorative gift courtesy of ECOLAB. Additionally, Honorees are eligible for exciting perks, including raffle prizes, cash drawings, complimentary team photos, and, notably, the chance to win the $1,000 Grand Prize Drawing presented by Auto-Chlor System!

OHLA Awards

  • Lodging Property Members: $125/seat       (Tables can be reserved for groups up to 10 pl.)

  • Lodging Property Non-members: $150/seat

Registration cut-off is January 08, 2024. 

Change of Non-Honoree Names: If you need to change an attendee names on your registration after completing your online registration please get in touch with Jorie Helms Jorie@okrestaurants.com or by phone at (405) 942-6462. 

Change of Honoree Names:
In order for your Honorees to benefit from the exciting activities taking place during the Heart for Hospitality Luncheon, names must be submitted by January 1, 2024. After that date, a $50 charge per Honoree name change will be applied due to the nature of the personalized Honoree gift.

Deadline for Cancelations: Please be aware that the final cancelation date is January 8, 2024. After this date, registrations become non-refundable. However, may be transferred to another individual within your hotel.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. Your support ensures the success of this event, and we want to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.
