8:30 am - Review of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) (approx. 3.5 hrs)
- Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Regulations for Construction Projects
- Regulations for Industrial Establishments
- Knowledge check at the end of presentation
Each case study will provide historical examples of how rules and best management practices are interpreted and enforced. There will be a knowledge check at the end of the presentation.
