6:30 – Meet for cocktails in the bar – inside or out, depends on weather!
7:00 – Dinner

Appetizers include Seared Tuna, Lollipop Lamb Chops and Chicken Satay.
Dinner will be served at 7:00 PM with your pre-selected choice of one of the following entrees:

• Filet Mignon topped with Criminis Mushrooms and Veal Stock Reduction
• Baked Tilefish Topped with Jumbo Lump Crab and Beurre Blanc
• Pork Chop Topped with Pan Juice and Balsamic Reduction w/ Bourbon Sauce

Fishing- Saturday June 4
We will be fishing with Captain Monty Hawkins on the Morning Star head boat out of the Ocean City Fishing Center in West Ocean City. Capt. Monty Hawkins is regarded as one of the finest operators on the East Coast, specializing in precision bottom and wreck fishing. We hope to target sea bass.

The Boat sells out at 20 anglers ( may expand with hoped for relaxed COVID restrictions)!Positions will be held on the boat based on payment date -- see below.
The boat will depart the dock at 6:30 AM. Those arriving late will see the west end of an eastbound boat.

• Snacks, Lunch and Drinks will be provided on the boats.
• Bring your own coffee.
• Bring your own cooler and ice. 48 coolers work best. You would not buy fish that wasn't iced.

Capt. Monty has graciously included rental tackle in the cost of the charter. His rental tackle is of the highest quality! (Seriously). Rental Rods are Graphite Composite with Shimano High-Speed Reels loaded with Micro-Braid Line and including all rigs.

If you are inclined to bring your own tackle, 20 – 50 LB bottom fishing tackle with micro braid line is recommended (friends don't let friends fish mono).
