PPE Requirements: Hard-toed boots, hard hat and safety vest required. Gloves and safety glasses are recommended.

Pre-Tour Guidelines & Requirement: Parking is extremely limited at the facility. Please park at the nearby Dollar Tree and strip mall at 13240 E. Jefferson Ave, Detroit, MI 48215. Designated drivers will pick up groups and drop them off at Conner Creek Facility.

1. Access Request Form (need copy of your driver's license) - Rename completed file to "Access Request Form 2026 - Your Full Name" 
2. Photography Release Form - Rename completed file to "GLWA Photography Release Form 2026 - Your Full Name"
3. Adult Release Form - Rename completed form to "Adult Release Form Conner Creek CSO Tour 2026 - Your Full Name"

When: Thursday, July 30, 2026 from 1:45pm - 4pm, happy hour from 4-7pm (location TBD)

What: Plant tour at Conner Creek CSO with a mixer and cornhole tournament to follow (location TBD). Drink tickets will be provided.
