The Wastewater Administrators Conference (WWAdCon) is a gathering of senior wastewater administrators, superintendents and operators from throughout Michigan. This year's conference consists of a 2-day event with technical sessions each day, beginning with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening. Additionally, there will be evening entertainment and an awards ceremony on Thursday evening.

GOLD Level $500:

• Everything included in the Silver & Bronze levels, plus:
• Wednesday Evening Welcome Reception sponsor that includes highlighted recognition in conference brochure and on additional signage
• A $75 discount on one conference registration, simply enter promo code GOLDSPONSOR on the first page of your attendee registration or fill out the form on next page.

SILVER Level $250:

• Everything included in the Bronze Level, plus:
• Ability to put promo materials on a sponsor display table (about 2’ x 2’ space) available throughout the conference
• A $50 discount on one conference registration, simply enter promo code SILVERSPONSOR on the first page of your attendee registration  

BRONZE Level $100:

• Listing on the conference sponsor sign
• Showcased in the conference PowerPoint presentation
• Listing on the MWEA Website
• Listing in the Spring edition of the MWEA Matters magazine
• 90 seconds to promote your company to conference attendees during sponsor updates (this occurs at 2:30 p.m. or 4:15 p.m. on Thursday, January 25^th – MWEA will assign slots before the conference.)

MWEA Cancellation Policy:
If MWEA cancels, full refunds will be issued. If registrant cancels 7 days or more before program, a 100% refund will be issued. If cancellation is less than 7 days before program, no refund will be given. No refunds are made if cancellation is after program date. Registration can be transferred to another person in your organization at anytime. All changes must be communicated to the MWEA office at 517-641-7377.
