Please indicate the number of tables requested. Your fee covers all three (3) days. Tables are 6 feet in length, linen table covering and skirted,with two (2) chairs. Electrical outlets are an additional $30.00. One (1) individual per Exhibitor Company may take classes or obtain CEUs. Additional exhibitors who wish to take classes and obtain CEUs must register as a regular attendee.
