The 2025 Southern Conference on Homelessness and Housing (SCHH) brings together housing developers, homeless program managers, case managers, advocates, state and local government representatives, mental and public health providers, and individuals with lived experience to address the persistent challenges of poverty and the lack of safe, decent, and affordable housing across our region. This year, we’re back on the beach at the beautiful Hilton Sandestin Golf Beach Resort and Spa and have made exciting changes to enhance your experience.
In addition to our robust lineup of breakout sessions and networking opportunities, we’ve added various fun outdoor activities (weather permitting) designed to help us build stronger teams, foster new connections, and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation.

Cancellation Policy 2025: If you must cancel your conference registration, please make every effort to find a replacement. Written refund requests must be received by September 1, 2025. If a written refund request is received by this date, your conference registration fee will be 75% refunded. Registrants submitting cancellation requests between September 15th and 30th, 2024, will be refunded 30% of the conference registration fee.
Special Accommodations: Although we cannot guarantee all requests, we strive to create an environment where each attendee has the opportunity to participate fully in the conference.
