Event Description
This session is for teachers who have completed MRIS and the recent white book update to MRIS.
The primary purpose of this CTM is to dig into the updated tools and resources in the white book update. This includes the changes to the assessment schedules and using the new IFIN and teaching charts. It will also include a deeper look at the dimensions of mathematization.
During this session we will
Build a complete profile of a student using the new assessments through a combination of video & coded schedules
Use this profile and the new tools to plan short-term and long-term goals and choose instructional tasks for this student
Explore ways MRIS teachers can use the dimensions of mathematization to make in-the-moment instructional decisions
