Event Description
The Foundations for Early Childhood Mathematics professional development features content developed by the Erikson Institute, leaders in early childhood education. The professional learning highlights the "Big Ideas" in early mathematics which include sets, number sense, counting, number operations, pattern, measurement and shape.
The KCM Foundations for Early Childhood Mathematics training includes 8 half-day training sessions. Upon registering, participants are expected to attend all eight half-day sessions. These sessions (listed below) will take place on Fridays from 8:30 am-11:30 am, EST.

Session 3: November 30, 2018
Session 4: December 14, 2018
Session 5: January 18, 2019
Session 6: February 1, 2019
Session 7: February 22, 2019
Session 8: TBD with attendees after course begins. Agreed to Friday, March 15, 2019 on 12/14/18.
