This year’s training summit is on September 27th & 28th at the Northfield Inn, Suites & Conference Center in Springfield Illinois. Our Attendees come from virtually every county in Illinois with representation from different disciplines such as emergency management, police, fire, EMS, public health, and others. This is an opportunity for you to display your products and services to many public safety decision-makers across the State of Illinois.
Vendor Booth Space: Each booth is provided a table, two chairs, and a table cloth. Vendor registration includes lunch on Tuesday, September 28th, 2021 for two attendees per registration. See vendor registration rates and additional items below for purchase.
Vendor Registration Rates
Registration - $300
Internet Connection: 50.00
Additional Personnel Lunch: 20.00 per person
Booths will be set up in a room specific to vendors this year. Please check-in at the registration desk upon arriving. The vendor will be responsible for paying the Hotel & Conference Center directly for any other charges that the vendor may incur during the conference.
Booth Set-Up: Booth displays may be set up starting after 9:00am Monday September 27th, 2021.
Vendor, Booth times for the conference, are as follows:
September 27, 2021 - 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
September 28, 2021 - 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Cancelations: Upon receipt of the registration form and payment by IESMA, the vendor is responsible for the full payment regardless of training summit attendance.
Lodging: As a vendor, you will be responsible for your guest room accommodations. The confirmation email will provide you with detail on the group rate.
Payment: Payment will be accepted by credit card using the IESMA website or by mailing a check to the provided address below. Payment must be received by Friday, September 17, 2021.
