Event Description
This course provides an in-depth understanding of per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in water and wastewater systems (focusing on water treatment and distribution and sludge biosolids). Students will explore the sources, environmental impact, and treatment methods for PFAS, as well as the regulatory framework governing their management.
