2025 Customer Appreciation Event

If you are meeting planner who would like to attend our Customer Appreciation Event September 10-12 in Snowmass, Colorado, please fill out an invite request form here. 

While we will do our best to accommodate your request to attend, space is limited and we may not be able to confirm your attendance. If confirmed you will be sent event details and activity sign up closer to the event.  

Additionally, we are unable to accommodate spouses/plus one's.  ​

Wednesday, September 10
4pm - Check in begins 
5:30pm-9pm - Registration & Welcome Reception 

Thursday, September 11
8:30am-10am - Breakfast & Site Tours of Viceroy Snowmass
10am-3pm - Activities & Lunch 
5:45pm-8pm - Seated Dinner 
8pm-10pm - After Party 

Friday, September 12
9am-11am - Breakfast & Site Tours of Limelight Snowmass 
11am-1pm - Departing Gifting - Snowmass Village
