Featuring National Speaker: Robynne T. Parkinson
The DBIA’s new form Request for Qualifications, Request for Proposals and RFQ/RFP Guide were approved by the DBIA National Board in 2016.  The form RFQ and RFP provide a structure for Owners to develop procurement documents utilizing best practices.  The RFQ/RFP Guide provides considerations that Owners must address when developing their procurement documents.  The form documents were based on a standard form developed by Robynne Parkinson.  The next step for DBIA is to develop forms for the various market sectors and develop an archive of RFQs, RFPs and Instructions to Proposers as examples for the industry.  Robynne will discuss her experience with the forms and provide some lessons learned about the use of the forms.
