The MDPC course will be offered jointly with the NDDOT Asphalt Mix Controller course on-site and in-person in Pierre, SD for this training season. Both NDDOT and SDDOT specifications and mix design requirements will be covered in class with participant selecting which State(s) are being elected for Certification and therefore written and proficiency test requirements. The 2024 course will rotate to North Dakota
