Event Description

Meeting Notice
No-Fault Senate Bill 1 and HB 4397
The Impact on Patients and Providers
Strategies Moving Forward

SB-1 and HB 4397, the recently signed into law auto insurance legislation makes broad changes to Michigan's insurance as we know it. These bills impact survivors and families already injured in auto accidents and the many care providers in our state. They will result in major changes and significant considerations for those purchasing policies in the future. Understanding these complex and confusing changes is the focus of this meeting. You will hear from the CPAN's legal team about these impacts. It is vital to have an in depth analysis of this new law, before strategies to mitigate its damages can be undertaken. Come prepared to listen about how this new law affects you!
