ROCKY MOUNTAIN GEO-CONFERENCE POSTPONED TO APRIL 16, 2021.

The Rocky Mountain GeoConference (RMGC) will be held April 16, 2021 at the Doubletree Westminster. The RMGC Planning Committee has worked with hotel staff to develop a safe setting to present in-person presentations. However, we will have limited seating available due to COVID-19 restrictions, so the Committee has teamed with Image Audio Visual (Image AV) to provide a hybrid in-person + virtual conference experience.
In-person conference attendance will conform with current COVID-19 restrictions on maximum gathering size and social distancing. For those attendees that are not able to join us in person, a reduced cost virtual attendance registration option is available. RMGC and Image AV will provide a professional, online conference platform that includes the live broadcast of presentations, a virtual exhibit hall through which exhibitors can present videos and product/service information, and an attendee lounge that allows
connection with other attendees and exhibitors in an informal setting.
Exhibitors will provide informational flyers and attendee giveaways to all virtual attendees. This "goody bag" will be included in attendee registration cost, and provides an additional opportunity for vendors to promote their products and services.
