The ARCI is conducting an intense training retreat for newly appointed racing commissioners or newly hired senior racing regulatory staff over a two day period at Remington Park, Oklahoma City, OK, USA.     This program is limited to racing regulatory personnel and is not open to the public.   The program agenda is intense and is ideal for the following individuals:

• Those with racing experience but no experience in government;
• Those with government experience but no experience in racing;
• Those with legal or business experience but no expereience in either racing or government.

Registration will be required.   There is a small registration fee to defray the cost of lunch on both days.   Plan to arrive in Oklahoma City on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 and to leave early Friday, September 11, 2026.
