WHEN REGISTERING:When registering for the conference online, please follow the following steps, as your conference badge depends on this being done properly:

Please do NOT use all CAPS or all lower case when filling in:
  • Your Name, Address or State abbreviation on the registration
  • Organization - Keep this to 45 characters or less, or else the name will be cut off.
  • Organization Position - Please do not enter (self, or the same as what you have in Organization)
Additional Registration Information
If you are a Senior or a Student you will need to either email to the event registrar or fax a copy of the following to 1-877-733-3223
  :
  • Seniors 62+ - copy of drivers license
  • Students - copy of current Student ID
Full conference registration includes:
Opening Reception
3 breakfasts
3 Keynote and Plenary lunches
Wednesday Night Awards Dinner
All nightly performance

 
 
Refunds Will Only Be Made For Serious Medical Emergencies

ALL refunds are subject to $75.00 processing fee, AND will be processed AFTER the conference. 
All refund requests must be postmarked no later than April 1, 2017 
No Faxed Registrations will be accepted after 04/10/2018 5:00 pm EST

Any payments after 04/01/2018, for registration in which payment will be by check should be made at the conference and not mailed.
