Full conference registration includes:
All 4 keynotes, 2 plays, 35 workshops,  
The following food and beverages are included with full conference registration (daily registration will include meals for the day). 
Continental Breakfast:
Thursday - Saturday (located in AAC Venue function space)

Boxed Regional Lunch 
Friday night Reception and Awards Dinner(included with Saturday Day registration)
Coffee breaks 
Refunds Will Only Be Made For Serious Medial Emergincies

ALL refunds are subject to $75.00 processing fee, AND will be processed AFTER the conference. 
All refund requests must be postmarked no later than March 1, 2017 
No Faxed Registrations will be accepted after 03/14/2017 5:00 pm EST
Link to Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead:  (AAC's preferred conference rate for the 38th Conference is $159.00 (plus any applicable taxes or service fees) 
Cut-off date for hotel reservations is 3/13/2017
Note: Only one room can be reserved at preferred rate per attendee.

Registration will be closed on March 24, 2017.  It will re-open from March 27 - March 31, 2017 and then again on the opening day of the conference.
