Event Description
During times of unrest and uncertainty, leaders want to say something.  Leaders want to do something.  And yet, leaders are halted by an even bigger desire – to say it right and do it right out of respect and care for others.  Let’s explore that.  In this leadership session, we will:
·       Examine sources of conflict
·       Review conflict management styles
·       Collaborate for authentic, compassionate leadership strategies on leading in conflict through difficult conversation
