About this Event
The AHTCC's 2026 Annual Meeting is taking place in Miami, Florida at the Hotel AKA Brickell on Wednesday, January 28 and Thursday, January 29, 2026. Attendees will benefit from sessions on the most pressing issues and the road ahead for Housing Credit advocacy following the historic expansion of the program. AHTCC members will also elect AHTCC officers, vote on the AHTCC’s 2026 legislative priorities, engage in committee meetings, and have ample opportunities to network.
On Wednesday, January 28, the meeting will begin with breakfast at 8:00 AM ET and conclude at 4:30 PM ET. The sessions will be followed by a reception to celebrate and thank those that contributed to The Affordable Housing PAC. Starting at 5:30 pm ET, all event attendees are welcome to attend a reception and dinner. On Thursday, January 29, the meeting will run from breakfast at 8:00 am ET to 11:30am ET.
AHTCC Board of Directors: The AHTCC Board of Directors meeting and dinner with the AHTCC Leadership Circle will take place in the afternoon and evening of Tuesday, January 27. Details will be provided separately.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, minus a $50 processing fee, will be granted for cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the meeting. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within two weeks of the event. Registrations may be transferred to a substitute attendee without additional charge.

A room block has been reserved for AHTCC Annual Meeting attendees at the Hotel AKA Brickell at a discounted group rate. Please note that at this point, only limited rooms are available for January 28-30th at the discounted rate. The hotel currently has no rooms available the night of January 27th.
