EVENT AND REGISTRATION DETAILS

This is an all-day Advanced Criminal Law CLE sponsored by Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. We will cover the topics voted most important to practicing criminal lawyers: Criminal Case Law Update, Criminal Legislative Update (88th Leg.), Writs for Non Appellate Lawyers, Avoiding and Handling Bar Grievances, Issues in Indigent Defense, and a Lunchtime Moderated Panel Discussion on Local Rules and Procedures. Presenters include Judge David Newell (Court of Criminal Appeals), Justice Bill Pedersen (Fifth Court of Appeals), Allen Place (TCDLA Legislative Counsel), Jim Bethke (Bexar County Managed Counsel Director). An exclusive discounted registration period is available to 3CDLA Members until January 12, 2024. 

6 Hours of CLE credit with one hour of ethics credit.
