OKWIL Event: Know Your Talents, Grow Your Strengths
10/12/2023 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM CST
Event Description
Great leaders recognize their unique talents and harness them to drive positive organizational change, build their teams, and propel their careers to new heights. The question is, are you making the most of your innate strengths every day?
We often focus on fixing our weaknesses rather than nurturing our strengths; however, it's within your reach to transform this pattern by unleashing the potential of your strengths.
Your registration includes your personal results from StrengthsFinder and customized strengths reports. Prior to the OKWIL session, you will receive an email with a code and instructions to complete the assessment. We will spend time in this workshop unpacking your top five strengths and identifying ways for you to grow your talents into your unique leadership strengths.
