OKWIL Event - Leveraging Your Natural Tendencies for Greatest Effectiveness
9/22/2021 - 9/23/2021
1:30 PM - 5:00 PM CST

Event Description
Join OKWIL for "Leveraging your Natural Tendencies for Greatest Effectiveness," featuring speaker Dr. Rebecca Eastham, PhD, Meridian Technology Center.

The easiest way to excel in your role is to leverage your strengths and natural tendencies. This session will introduce Gretchen Rubin’s Four Tendencies framework and assess your individual tendency. Understanding this framework will help you make better decisions, engage more effectively and suffer less stress and burnout. All of which make you a more effective team member and leader.

Participants will take this free online quiz prior to the session so they will know their tendency before we meet. During the session we will talk more in-depth about the strengths and challenges of each tendency, how to develop habits that increase individual effectiveness as well as the overall impact knowing this information can have on our teams.
