Greg Gidez, AIA, FDBIA, LEED AP Corporate Director of Design Services, Hensel Phelps ​Greg Gidez has had a diverse career that has allowed him to work with the industry’s best professionals in the design and construction sectors. The 2011 Chairman of DBIA’s Board of Directors, Gidez has worked on design-build projects for nearly 30 years, including two DBIA Projects of the Year (2015, 2017).

Rebekah G. Gladson, FAIA, AUA, DBIA ​The past 30 years of experience is the foundation for XI-3, a company devoted to assisting organization and clients in making "X" factor Impact.  Rebekah has served on numerous private and charitable boards, providing thought changing insight within the management sphere of the design and construction industry. Rebekah is recognized as an industry speaker and has managed major capital projects, which included leading the charge in changing the way the State of California procured projects.
