The Wastewater Administrators Conference (WWAdCon) is a gathering of senior wastewater administrators, superintendents and operators from throughout Michigan. This year's conference consists of a 2-day event with technical sessions each day, beginning with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening. Additionally, there will be evening entertainment and an awards ceremony on Thursday evening.

GOLD Level $550 (Five Spots Available):

• Everything included in the Silver & Bronze levels, plus:
• One 8' Display Table near registration & break station (new for 2020)
• Wednesday Evening Welcome Reception sponsor that includes highlighted recognition in conference brochure and on additional signage

SILVER Level $275:

• Everything included in the Bronze Level, plus:
• Ability to put promo materials on a sponsor display table (about 2’ x 2’ space) available throughout the conference
• A $50 discount on one conference registration, simply enter promo code SPONSOR on the first page of your attendee registration  
• 90 seconds to promote your company to conference attendees during sponsor updates (this occurs at the morning break & lunch on Thursday, January 23^rd – MWEA will assign slots before the conference.)

BRONZE Level $125:

• Listing on the conference sponsor sign
• Showcased in the conference PowerPoint presentation
• Listing on the MWEA Website
• Listing in the Spring edition of the MWEA Matters magazine

MWEA Cancellation Policy:
If MWEA cancels, full refunds will be issued. If registrant cancels, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of MWEA. If cancellation is less than 7 days before program, no refund will be given. No refunds are made if cancellation is after program date. All changes must be communicated to the MWEA office at 517-641-7377.
