An Update on Current Litigation Issues
 

February's presentation by Phil Cardi will touch on current liability issues in construction defect litigation, state regulations which can affect that litigation, and tips for drafting contracts and reports to minimize your risk of litigation.

 

Bio: Philip Cardi has practiced law in Denver since 1981.  He is a member of Cardi, Schulte & Ford LLC.  He specializes in representing architects and engineers in construction-related litigation, and advises architects and engineers in risk management efforts such as contract drafting and business planning.  He has made many presentations to professional meetings of engineers, architects, and related professions, and this is his third presentation to CAGE.
