All too often, our natural talents go untapped. From the cradle to the cubicle, we devote more time to fixing our shortcomings than to developing our strengths. It is possible to change all that, though, by harnessing the power of your strengths.

On March 7th from 2:00-4:30pm, Rebecca Eastham, PhD will lead “Know Your Talents, Grow Your Strengths” and teach attendees how to develop their strengths by building on their greatest talents – the way they most naturally feel and behave. Using the Gallup StrengthsFinder 2.0, you will discover your talent themes, develop an understanding of what they mean to you and the work you do, and identify action steps you can take to engage your strengths to add in your productivity and personal fulfillment.

OKWIL events are open to OH&LA members and guests for a limited time. If your property is a member of the OH&LA then you qualify to be a member of OKWIL. There are no member-dues associated with OKWIL.

Buy 50/25/25 Raffle tickets for your chance to win some money during a cash drawing at the end of the session. OKWIL will keep 50% of the proceeds to support programming and the Legislative Action Scholarship, and the other 50% is split between two winners. Tickets will also be sold onsite.
