Event Description
The 94th MWEA Annual Conference has many opportunities to help advertise and grow your business! Sponsorship opportunities range from $150- $3,000 and include signage, info slides on the conference slideshow, listing in the MWEA website and conference page, golf scramble hole sponsors, bonfire sponsors, and more! Exhibit Night takes place on Monday, June 24th only, from 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm. This year the theme is SUPERHEROES - so decorate yourself and your booth in your favorite superhero theme. Attendees will vote that evening for the best booth, and the winner will receive $100 off their 2020 booth.
To register as a conference attendee, a separate "Attendee Registration" must be submitted.
Payment Note: Online registration requires a credit card payment at the time of signup. If you need to pay by check, please call the office at 517-641-7377, or email / fax your registration form(s). Booths will not be placed and sponsors will not be advertised without payment.

MWEA Cancellation Policy: If MWEA cancels, full refunds will be issued. If registrant cancels 7 days or more before program, a 100% refund will be issued. If cancellation is less than 7 days before program, no refund will be given. No refunds are made if cancellation is after program date. Registration can be transferred to another person in your organization at anytime. All changes must be communicated to the MWEA office at 517-641-7377.
