Tammy Holland is a frequent speaker on topics related to volunteer management. She is currently a board member for the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration. As a Certified Volunteer Administrator (CVA) herself, Tammy presents workshops on professional ethics for volunteer managers. Tammy has led community volunteer programs for more than 25 years and understands how volunteers are the lifeblood of most nonprofit organizations. She holds a Master’s Degree of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin, LBJ School of Public Affairs. She has published several articles on CharityChannel’s online forum for nonprofit leaders, and is a contributing author of You and Your Nonprofit: Practical Advice and Tips from the CharityChannel Professional Community.

Panelist:  Rose Morgan


Rose Morgan is a graduate of the University of Dayton and earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.  She has worked in the volunteer sector for over 25 years with Habitat for Humanity International, leading volunteers and working collaboratively with Habitat for Humanity programs in countries around the world to expand their capacity through successful volunteer engagement.  She is the Associate Director of Habitat for Humanity’s Volunteer Resource Center, which is Habitat’s center for volunteer research, resources and training focused on providing support to global partners.
