Join OKWIL for an interactive panel session at 2pm on May 29 designed to help attendees create just the right recipe in the workplace. Need new employees? You'll learn about the changes in hiring trends and innovative recruiting. Want to move up the ladder? You'll discover interviewing techniques and the importance of succession planning. Our human resource experts tie the ingredients together to create the perfect recipe of savory and sweet!

Attendees will hear from panelists Natalie Mai, attorney, small business owner & judicial candidate; Michelle Hartman, Director of Human Resources, SJS Hospitality; and Patricia Podolec, Attorney, Foshee & Yaffe and Oklahoma Employment Lawyers Association.. This session will be moderated by Rachel Bussett-Simco of the Bussett Legal Group, PLLC.

OKWIL events are open to OH&LA members and guests for a limited time. If your property is a member of the OH&LA then you qualify to be a member of OKWIL. There are no member-dues associated with OKWIL.

Raffle
Buy 50/50 Raffle tickets and support the Oklahoma Chapter of Women in Lodging as they raise scholarship funds to send one lucky member, along with the Oklahoma delegation, to the 2018 Legislative Action Summit in Washington, D.C. Each ticket purchased provides one chance during a cash drawing at the end of the session. If your ticket is pulled you'll win 50% of the total dollars raised for the session. The other 50% supports the LAS scholarship fund. Tickets will also be sold onsite.
