Small and Midsized Enterprises (SMEs), Evolving to Succeed and Grow

The COVID pandemic changed a lot. People had to adapt. Workplaces had to adapt. Some of these changes were temporary and some seem to be enduring. People are beginning to return to previous activities, but many leaders in workplaces are wrestling with how they want employees to work and remain productive, how to attract and retain talent, as well as ensure a fundamental structure of technology and automation to avoid future disruption while continuing to scale and grow their organization.
