6/10/2024 -6/13/2024	North American Gaming Regulators Association Conference The annual conference and training session of the North American Gaming Regulators Association (NAGRA) will take place in Charleston, South Carolina at the Hyatt Place Charleston – Historic District. A room block is being held at the Hyatt Place Charleston. Room rates start at the prevailing government rate of $227 plus applicable taxes. Reservations must be made by May 9, 2024. The SBRA is a member of NAGRA and the two organizations will work together on sports betting regulatory matters as well as issues that are relevant to both other forms of gambling and sports betting such as responsible gaming and account security. more info...
6/10/2024	SBRA Board of Directors Meeting There will be a business meeting of the Sports Betting Regulators Association (SBRA) immediately prior to the commencement of the NAGRA training conference. The "Governing Regulatory Members" of the SBRA will elect officers and the Board of Directors, receive a financial report and consider any other issues raised by the Members. This meeting will occur on ZOOM, although those attending the NAGRA meeting will be invited to bring their laptops to the designated meeting room and participate from the same location. more info...
6/17/2024	SBRA MEMBER BRIEFING - E-Sports This is a member briefing on E-Sports presented by SIS. E-Sports are approved in some jurisdictions and emerging in others. This is an opportunity for regulators to ask questions and better understand this new form of sports betting from those who have been in E-Sports and have had to work through the various regulatory issues and questions that many may have.
