It has been almost a decade since DBIA published its first Universally Applicable  Best Design-Build Practices. It is critical that these Best Practices and corresponding Implementing Techniques continue to reflect the current state of the design-build industry.  To achieve this, throughout 2022, DBIA invited a wide array of industry stakeholders to provide comments and recommendations.  This will result in a refreshed Universally Applicable Design-Build Best Practices that will be introduced in the spring of 2023.  This Webinar will provide insight into some of the more significant updates to the Best Practices.

• The detailed review and revision process that was followed to ensure that all comments received consideration.
• The revisions to the 2014 Best Practices.
