  • Must be a Full-Time student in Spring 2026, Fall 2026 & Spring 2027.

  • Current GPA
  • Major Field of Study
  • Statement of Professional Goals
  • College Activities
  • Community Activities and Volunteer Work
  • Offices Held
  • Honors

Required Files to upload:
  • 1) Transcript- unofficial
  • 2) Letter from Department Chair stating you are a full-time student majoring in a HPERD field.
  • 3) 1st letter from a faculty member addressing your academic and professional qualifications
  • 4) 2nd letter from a faculty member addressing your academic and professional qualifications
  • 5) Letter of recommendation from a person outside your academic program addressing your personal qualifications
