Illinois Racing Board April Board Meeting IL Racing Board Monthly Board Meeting more info... 4/17/2025 1:00pm to 2:30pm Domenic DiCera ARCI Annual Meeting - Animal Welfare and Integrity Conference The Annual ARCI conference will take place in Louisville, Kentucky, USA in 2025.    The annual conference will feature a day of ARCI Organizational meetings - Model Rules Committee, Annual Business Meeting/Election of Drectors, and a Board of Directors Meeting.   There will also be a day and half of timely presentations on issues affecting professional horseracing with an emphasis on equine safety, contest integrity and wagering policies.   Please view the preliminary agenda and be sure to save the date.    Registration is now open and the fee helps cover the costs of coordinating the conference as well as any food and beverage provided.
