This advanced 2-day Wastewater A & B Exam Preparation class is designed for experienced operators preparing for EGLE’s higher-level certification exams. Built around comprehensive A & B exam reference materials, the course delivers an in-depth review of complex treatment processes, including primary, secondary, and advanced biological treatment, nutrient removal, disinfection, solids handling, digestion, and dewatering. A panel of speakers will discuss a variety of topics of interest to wastewater plant managers and superintendents. PowerPoint presentations, handouts, instruction and group discussions will enable participants to acquire new knowledge that they can apply in their workplaces, while also completing their EGLE requirement for managerial CEC’s. (Managerial CEC’s = 0.6 Available)

A variety of experienced professionals from organizations in the Upper Peninsula present their knowledge and skills to keep those who work in waste water facilities up- to-date in the safety and health of water management.

The Wastewater Administrators Conference (WWAdCon) is a premier three-day event that brings together wastewater administrators, superintendents, and utility leaders from across Michigan. The conference kicks off with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, followed by two full days of technical and management-focused education, networking, and professional development. Attendees can also enjoy Thursday evening entertainment, providing additional opportunities to connect with peers in a relaxed setting.

The 2027 Biosolids Conference will be held at a DoubleTree by Hilton Detroit/Dearborn location on Wednesday, March 10th and Thursday, March 11th. The conference will begin with tours on Wednesday afternoon. Following the tours, attendees will return to the hotel for a reception and dinner. A full day of technical education presentations will take place on Thursday.
