**Each hiring notice should be fully pre-proofed with your own specific details including:
your agency’s contact information, the actual job city or location, your deadline date, and a clear message to potential applicants as to how they should apply and/or the preferred method they should submit their information to your agency.
For timely postings, provide your EHS/HS job opening as a PDF file, &/or send your agency's actual link to your own employment web page. Send your PDF &/or URL link to mwood@ilheadstart.org. To have a new position linked with the very next monthly circulation, submit your proofed PDF asap. Note: if you have a third party emailing your agency’s postings to us on your behalf, that party MUST 'cc' the agency’s lead contact person (as an indication to IHSA of prior approval). Thank you. |
