The Leadership Development Academy is entering its second year, following a tremendously successful 2025 program. A big thank-you to Laura Ragans and Nichole Tenderholt for chairing the Leadership Academy in 2026. Last year’s program delivered valuable insights and professional growth opportunities, and we are looking forward to even greater participation this year.
