| Dear Members and Friends of CASIA, It’s finally here, October Fest Expo week! I can’t tell you how excited I am for our first October Fest Expo at The VUE in Hamden for what promises to be a fantastic expo for our members and the industry at large here in Connecticut! October Fest Expo is all about Connection! Connecting with each other as members, with the incredible manufacturers, distributors, and service providers who support our industry, and with new ideas and opportunities that can help all of us grow. |

This is our chance to learn from one another, share experiences, and strengthen the professional relationships that make CASIA such a special community. Be sure to spend time with all of our exhibitors including at our own CASIA booth to learn how to develop your technicians from an entry level tech to a Sr. Technician equipped to lead your team! You will leave with a 3 to 5 Year Growth plan template to customize for your business and documented KPIs and skills to be mastered at each level.
