New Members - Chads Coin Laundry, Dr Kevin Crawford - Crawford Bone & Joint, and Eagle Works - Thank you to all that have renewed

Treasurer’s report 2 months worth (per agenda)
October 10th anniversary event was held at Radcliff.
Jackie met with the city manager, dda director/community director
Mike - Elections will open today at 2:00pm, check your email for the link for the voting
Paper ballots are available - please see Jackie, Joe, or Sharon.
Lisa Clark - lifetime resident of GC, local realtor, joined the autos for autism and became the director in 2012. Has created great relationships with city officials, school officials. She’s working on bringing more vendors to music in the park
Sue Bellows - has worked with several 501c3 organizations which makes her knowledge a great asset for the GCBA. Sue also worked for GC Schools for many years. Currently a volunteer for Plymouth/Canton American Association of University Women, helping to create gender equity and economic security.
Don Nicholson - Market Place, Classic car cruises, printing, signs. Background in extensive work with multiple Chambers of Commerce including Westland & Wayne. Served on boards of several non-profits, including Services to Enhance Potential.
Mike W (VP) & Elaine S (Secretary) running unopposed. Winners will be announced at the December meeting
GCBA entered the Santaland Parade. The theme this year is Spider Webs and Snowflakes. Please let us know if you would like to join us.
Music in the park dates are June 19, July 17, August 21, all the 3rd Thursday of the month.
Parks and Rec works with us to help pull off this great event.
Sponsorships - Mike W & Jackie, some adjustments are being made in the sponsorship levels
Vendors - Elaine Fleming & Lisa Clark
Entertainment - June & July are booked, August is still pending.
We will continue the raffle that we implemented in 2024 - each vendor table will hand out raffle tickets and 1 lucky winner will receive $100 in cash
Joe has reached out to Inkorporate to see if it would be possible to have tshirts made for the July MITP - GCBA Tye Dyed Tshirts.
Presidents Meeting - The GC Community Coalition is implementing this group that will have meetings for all the presidents in local non-profit groups (GCBA/KIWANIS/GOODFELLOWS,ETC) to meet quarterly/monthly so they can all work together and coordinate events.
Zach will be able to coordinate all events and create a calendar on the city’s website to show all local events to help with our local non-profits, so we can hopefully avoid same day events and help support each other.

Sharon - Straight Farmhouse has booked a lot of holiday parties this year.
Elaine Salter - Elaine’s gift baskets, personalized gift baskets for all occasions
Joe Bartley - J&J Taxes, tax prep, accounting, payroll, property management. Please watch for scams coming out this holiday season.
Mike Walker - Liberty Tax / Pryde Financial. Annual enrollment for Medicare is now through December 7. Health care enrollment is now open.
They have partnered for Toys for Tots through December 14. Drop off locations GC, Monday & Thursday 12-6, Livonia Wed 12-6, Taylor, Tues & Friday 12-6pm
