The Director of Development will supervise and lead a team that includes an Annual Giving Coordinator and Donor Relations Specialist. Further, the Director of Development will work in tandem with the Vice President of Advancement and the Communications team to carry out the mission of the Advancement Department, which states: “The Achieva Advancement Team empowers people with disabilities and their families by fostering lifelong inclusivity and belonging through strategic partnerships, proactive fundraising, and effective communication.
